HAE Freetouring Unterwallis Chable mit Bergführer Rinaldo

FREETOURING LOWER VALAIS BEST OF MAGIC PASS

LE CHABLE

Monday 23rd to Friday 27th February 2026

The Lower Valais is a free-touring area that only reveals its true diversity when you venture off the beaten track. Verbier, Nax, and Ovronnaz are all part of the Magic Pass network and together form one of the most varied powder skiing areas in the Alps. This five-day camp focuses precisely on this. Led by mountain guide and snow sports instructor Rinaldo Borra , you'll ski the best lines the area has to offer, combining lift access with two-hour ascents to long, challenging runs.

The first day is for settling in, getting used to the terrain, and practicing skiing technique on various steep slopes. The following days are dedicated to the big descents. The slopes are steep, the snow conditions variable, and the days intense. Anyone joining this trip must be confident skiing in all snow conditions and have the stamina for descents of several thousand vertical meters per day.

You'll be staying in a simple hotel in Le Chable with half-board. The accommodation is basic but perfectly located for exploring all parts of the valley. You'll need to bring your own snacks; tea for your hikes is included.

The camp is clearly aimed at experienced skiers/splitboarders who are at home in deep snow and want to explore the diversity of the Magic Pass area.
