Our hats are created where function and attitude meet – in the Alps. They are carefully crafted down to the fibers: made from select materials such as merino wool, Polycolon®, or even wool from the Valais Blacknose sheep. Other products are also sourced regionally within a 100-kilometer radius, and others are handcrafted locally here in Visp. Whether a beanie for the city or a balaclava for the summit, our headwear expresses an alpine mindset – uncompromising in quality, minimalist in design, and palpably authentic.
Our headbands are not only stylish but also practical – whether on tour or commuting. They fit securely, keep you warm, allow enough air to reach your ears, and even look great under a helmet. With our DIY boxes, you'll become the designer of your own headband, neck warmer, or beanie. Each box contains everything you need to crochet a high-quality accessory yourself—including materials, instructions, needles, and the HAE label. You decide on the color, style, and pace. Whether for yourself or as a thoughtful gift, the Handmade Box represents craftsmanship, appreciation, and true DIY—a counterpoint to mass-produced goods.

We grew up in the Valais mountains – where the horizon is wide, the ground is rugged, and the air is clear. Where you don't have to be loud to be real. Where the mountains don't ask questions, but provide answers – quietly, directly, and honestly.
Between the ridge and the scree, we learned what matters: personal responsibility, trust, openness, and belonging . Not as a concept, but as a lived experience – day by day, step by step.

Free shipping from CHF 100.-
We send smaller orders (such as 1x beanie or 1x headband) to your home via maxi letter for CHF 3.-. Larger orders as a parcel for CHF 8.50
No, at HAE the customer covers the costs of return shipping. We strive to make our business as sustainable as possible, but we also want customers to take on a certain amount of responsibility. HAE wants to promote sustainable shopping - and so far it's worked out quite well: on average around 3% returns. This shows us that our customers are already shopping consciously and are doing a great job here!
If you have any questions about the respective sizes and products, we are personally available and will be happy to help. You will also find size charts for each textile to help you choose the right size.
You can also find our products throughout Switzerland in over 60 selected shops near you, where you can try on and buy the products directly.
We ship all orders via Swiss Post within 24 hours. This means you should receive your delivery at home within 2-4 days (working days).

Please note that it can take 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered by post. If you still miss it, please send us an email to info@hae-wear.com
Pre-orders are treated like regular orders and invoiced directly to the customer. Items will be dispatched on the date specified. If there are any delays, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
Parcel deliveries are provided with a tracking code and are therefore insured against loss.
Maxi letter shipments, however, are not.

Yes, if the products don't fit, you can return them within 10 days . Exceptions are socks, vouchers, and already discounted items (products on sale during a promotion or reduced in price).
However, registration is required via info@hae-wear.com . Unregistered returns may result in delays.
Once you have sent us the email, you can send us your products to the following address :

Yes, the products must be returned in their original condition (packaged and label not torn off), otherwise the right to return will expire.
In case of returns, the buyer will be charged the shipping costs incurred by HAE or deducted from the refund amount (even in case of free shipping of the order).
If the customer has ordered by invoice, the shipping costs incurred by HAE must still be paid by the customer.
The return costs must be borne by the buyer.

- Reason for return
Then send us your order back. After receiving and inspecting it, we will initiate the next steps.
Yes, in the form of a store credit. The value of the goods will be sent to you as a voucher for our online shop at www.hae-wear.com.

At hae-wear.com you can conveniently shop via TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay or by invoice (Powerpay).
Yes, you can. In our shop, in addition to many common payment methods, we also offer "pay on account."
For orders placed by invoice, additional fees of CHF 2.90 may apply from our billing partner MF GROUP .
You will receive the first invoice directly via email. If it is not paid within 14 days, you will receive a letter-based invoice by mail in the following month. Then, and only then, an administration fee of CHF 2.90 will apply.
We ask that you please enter any voucher codes or discounts you receive before completing your order. The credited amount will be displayed directly in the order overview (before completing your order). We can no longer apply the voucher after your order has been completed (afterward).
Voucher codes and discounts are valid exclusively for the HAE collection. We have agreed with the licensors (SRF & Shining) that no discounts are available for the TSCHUGGER collection.
