Sun, August 30 | Aletsch Glacier Hike | Valais
The Aletsch Glacier is more than just ice. It is movement, stillness, and a landscape that shows us how small we humans are amidst the Alps. Together with mountain guide Felicitas Jordan-Feller, we spend a day in this impressive glacier world and discover the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Jungfrau-Aletsch step by step.
This inclusive day hike is designed for people with different conditions, backgrounds, and experiences. The focus is not on performance or speed, but on togetherness, mutual support, and the joy of experiencing alpine nature together.
From Riederalp, the path leads us towards Moosfluh and further to the edge of the largest glacier in the Alps. Between ice, rock, and the ancient Aletsch Forest, we experience a landscape that has been writing stories for centuries. Along the way, there will be time to marvel, exchange ideas, and pause.
This offering is created in collaboration with the AlpInklusiv association, which is committed to making mountain sports accessible, respectful, and on an equal footing for everyone.
